NATIVE RECORDS Product Manager → Label Manager | November 2022 – January 2025

I joined NATIVE Records as Product Manager in November 2022, shortly before the signing of ODUMODUBLVCK, managing music releases, content ingestion and release strategy. After four months, I was promoted to Label Manager, expanding my responsibilities across artist development, release management and label operations.

Working closely with artists, management teams, distributors and external promotional partners, I oversaw release campaigns across the label’s roster, coordinating timelines, assets, marketing activity and delivery to ensure projects progressed seamlessly from planning to release.

Alongside my core label management responsibilities, I contributed to visual branding and undertook a separate A&R administration role for ODUMODUBLVCK’s EZIOKWU project. I also worked across the music and creative development of artists including Brazy and Rigo Kamp, contributing to the development and strategic positioning of emerging talent ahead of public release.

My time at NATIVE spanned the intersection of music, artist development, A&R, creative strategy and label operations, giving me hands-on experience in shaping releases and supporting artists at different stages of their careers.
